My sister-in-law Aubrey played a missionary in Guys and Dolls a few weeks ago in her Junior High's play. (that's 7-9th grade for you east coasters that might not know...I didn't! I still think it's weird to not have 9th in HS.) The play was SO GOOD! I would say even rivaled the Gar-Field HS version I saw at home in VA. :) I was impressed. Aiden was really good too, he sat the whole time! (except intermission of course) I think he really liked the music. Maybe he won't be like his dad and love musicals. Lets hope so.
Then, other day when I was cleaning up our room,
I turned around and this is what I saw...
Aiden had found his dad's tie and was trying to put it on! It was really cute. I took a quick video of it. Check it out:
The second week of October we went to Bear Lake with Kart's family for a 3 day vacation, just for fun. (and because they need to use their timeshare points) There's a restaurant in Logan that has this amazing cake that we all love, so instead of going their and each getting a slice, we bought a whole cake! We had no idea how HUGE this cake would be.
It took us 2 whole weeks to eat it - and we ended up throwing some away because we got so sick of eating it!
