There are probably very few of you that read this blog that know what a Tim Tam is because they're made in Australia. But for those of you who do know what they are, I'm here to spread the joyous news that I found a Pepperidge Farm version of them at Target! (apparently they're the only ones who carry it) I couldn't believe my eyes! I'm so happy I finally have access to them. Here's a picture of the Australian version, and then the Pepperidge Farm's version. I haven't tried them yet (because Emma and I are sick to our stomach today-bleh!), but Kart tells me they taste just as good as the origional.
I can't wait to "slam a Tim Tam"! If you decide to go buy some for yourself, let me educate you on how to slam a Tim Tam. 1. Make yourself a cup of hot chocolate
2. Take a small bite from 2 oppisite corners of the cookie
3. Dip one of the bit corners into the hot chocolate and while holding it in there, sip the hot chocolate through the other end where you bit it until it comes up through the cookie. Then quickly put the whole cookie in your mouth! (thats the slamming part)
