Sometimes it's just fun to be silly. I need to take time to be silly more than I do. I tend to let the business of handling the schedules and needs of 3 kids and trying to keep our home running keep me from just letting loose and being a kid with them, playing and being silly! Every time I do make the time to slow down and just BE with them I'm glad I did. I realize they won't be this small forever and I know I'll miss these days. Last week we were being silly with my computer's camera and funny effects it can do. I thought you might find it funny too!
That looks so fun! Your kids are so adorable. I love your blog, by the way. Hey, quick question. I tried making your chocolate eclair cake, but the topping didn't turn out. It was really grainy - did I boil it too long, or not long enough?
ReplyDeleteyeah, I haven't totally solved that problem myself yet. I think it means it needs to be boiled longer. Maybe google some other recipes and see how they do their chocolate topping. But I think boiling it longer would help. Try to get the sugar as dissolved as possible.
