This is the invitation for Aiden's birthday party I designed (and sewed- the banner). I really love how it turned out. Sewing the pennant banner was super easy and took seconds, but I think it totally made it ten times cuter looking. I just made them in Photoshop and printed them on linen textured paper. (my favorite paper)
I'm super excited that the forecast is predicting warm, sunny weather for Saturday!
I would be so sad if we couldn't do this carnival birthday party. I think it's going to be a lot of fun! I'm going to do face painting, have an outdoor movie with popcorn, carnival games, cake, hot dogs and corn dogs. I still have lots of prep work to do (making signs, deciding exactly which games to do, making the cake, more food and supply shopping and cleaning up the yard) I think it'll be fun. I even convinced a friend of mine to photograph it in exchange for photographing her son's birthday. That way I can actually host the party with out worrying about needing to photograph it too. I'm really looking forward to this party. I hope Aiden loves it and has a good time on his birthday.
