Last Saturday we went up with our friends to South Fork Park up Provo Canyon to enjoy the warm weather we've been having (that is disappearing this week).
Miraculously we had the park almost all to ourselves! The kids had a blast exploring the stream, collecting rocks and sticks and throwing rocks in the water.
We had a picnic and tossed around frisbees, and just enjoyed the perfect weather.
Oh yeah, I almost forgot, Owen didn't do so well on the drive up. He puked ALL OVER himself and his car seat! In this photo he's wearing an outfit that's meant for a 3-6 month old (he's 15 months now). We could snap the bottom, but at least he had something clean to wear! Poor guy just had a hard day. He threw up a few more times after we got home.
Luckily it was only a 24 hour bug.
