my Little Gymnasts

So this summer I signed the older 2 kids up for gymnastics at a place called The Little Gym.  It's the first time they've been signed up for anything! They LOVED it.  They also do dance and sports classes there.  I loved all the teachers.  They're all so fun and enthusiastic about what they do and are great with the kids. The gym is non-competitive and emphasizes gaining confidence through building motor skills in a fun environment.  They use music and songs that go along with different themes they have each week, like animals, or fantasy castle. And they use those themes to help teach all the different gymnastics skills.  It's lots of fun.

Aiden and Emma with two of the teachers there ("Mr. C and Miss Nicole- Aiden's old primary teacher)
Emma and her teacher doing warmups to music.  This day there weren't many in class.

Doing the choo choo train over to the first of 3 stations they do. They do a little song as they ride the train.

high kicks on the balance beam.  She loves it all.

Okay so these pictures are for the sports class I signed Aiden up for originally, but I wasn't a fan of the all boy class.  It was way too rowdy.  So I switched him to the gymnastics class that's a mix of boys and girls and we both liked it better. But I can't seem to find the pictures of him in that class.  So here's a few pictures of the sports class.  They focus on a different sport each week. This week...golf.

Where Owen, Emma and I spent lots of time.  The kids favorite thing was that foamy hand sanitizer!  I think  they both sanitized 20 + times.
