It's been a great weekend! I loved watching General Conference for my Church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We got to spend time with both of our families, and Kart's parents even let the kids spend the night on Saturday so we had the night off! But the best part of the weekend was going out to celebrate our 7th year anniversary. Kart's dad came over to babysit and we got to finally try The Melting Pot. (expeennnnnsive, but so good!)
Seven years has flown by, but I've loved every one of those years. Some people say marriage is hard, and I'd be lying if I said we didn't have our moments, but I love being married to Kart. He's like the cherry on top of my happy life. He makes life that much sweeter, not just for me but the kids too! He's an amazing dad. I love that we never get tired of each other. He's home to me. I love him so much and really look forward to the years to come.
Happy Anniversary! I'm glad you got to take some time off and have a fun night out. Loved the pics of the kids painting pumpkins. What a fun activity! So much more kid appropriate than carving them and you can enjoy them a lot longer.
