It was really good, I would highly recommend it. I think I'll reread it later, so I don't forget what I learned. Definitely one worth your time!This months book, after MUCH debate, is going to be "YOU: On A Diet: The Owners Manual for Waist Management" by Mehmet C. Oz and Michael F. Roizen.
I really enjoy it when Dr. Oz is on Oprah. He always explains things in a way that makes it easy to understand. The book is the same way. I think this will be a good book for me. I want to be healthy, but I have a hard time staying away from the things I know are bad for me. I'm hoping that if I can get a better understanding of how my body works it will be easier for me to be healthy. And in getting healthier myself, I can help my family to do the same.I have to say to say that picking between good books is really hard! Too many books to choose from. Well, here goes book number two. Wish me luck! (This one's bigger than last month's.)
