Well I finally did it. It took me all summer, but last week I found the courage to take the kids by myself to the pool. I'd been putting it off because it seemed like it could be hard having keep track of two kids that can't swim. It actually went really well and we had tons of fun! Aiden was happy enough to stay in the shallow parts and stomp around or float in our floaty that I brought for Emma while Emma and I sat in the shallowest part. Emma was happy to just splash and crawl around.
