the cake

Just a quick update on the chocolate cake Linnea and I made. It looked nothing like the beautiful picture the original recipe creator posted, BUT it was just as delicious as the picture looks. Ours fell apart; big time. Tip- if you make it, freeze or refrigerate the cakes for a long time before trying to stack them. One of our layers broke in half! I have to warn you- it is VERY rich and somewhat on the dark chocolate side of the spectrum. I love it but I can only eat a very small amount because of how rich it is. So final verdict? Delicious but only in small portions.
