All by myself...

I had the whole day to myself!

It was wonderful.

I had a leisurely morning, and a delicious mango and greek yogurt breakfast.

Meal planned for the week.

Watched it monsoon outside and cringed at the thought of going out in it.

Had lunch & when I tried to leave to do errands I found out my car was dead.

Jump started the car and almost killed myself because I connected the battery wrong! (I've done it plenty of times the right way so I don't know why I fouled it up this time.)

Did all my returns that I've been putting off forever because I didn't want to take the kids along just to run into a store real quick. (because nothing is quick with kids)

Went clothes shopping and didn't find what I needed (skirts, shorts and shoes) but found this cute shirt instead (pictured above) and I love it! I love even more that it was only $6.

Went grocery shopping at Costco & Walmart.

Made dinner (Salmon burgers) and ate with Kart.

The kids came home from Grandma's.

Aiden was super hyper, and Emma was asleep.

Owen was happy and calm.

All kids got to bed...eventually.

Skipped the first episode of the bachelorette because I am NOT going to get sucked in this year.

Really!

Realized I have to teach preschool tomorrow and am unprepared! Eek!

(remember how I sometimes procrastinate?)

Planned my preschool lesson and am now blogging.

It's been a great day overall.
