I'd heard that the Sri Sri Radha Krishna Temple in Spanish Fork had llamas that you could visit for free. So I decided to take my kids and my neighbor Hillary's kids so she could get more packing done. (this was back in July...I know I know, I'm so behind!) When we got there we found the llamas and fed them carrots and apples. (the website suggested we bring that) The kids loved feeding them! Those carrots and apples went super fast.
I love this llama with his carrot sticking out of his mouth like a cigarette!
Cameron was the most into it.
Some of the kids were a little more cautious.
But they all enjoyed feeding them.
Since our produce was gobbled up quickly we went exploring around the outside of the Temple. (And I did some quick photos of the kids- they were good sports about it.)
I love the details of the building. It's a small, but beautiful temple!
Here's some more pictures of the llamas, I guess I uploaded them out of order.
Owen wasn't interested in feeding them.
The kids found peacock feathers on the ground because there were some peacocks roaming around. There were a few other animals besides llamas.
I love this photo of the kids!
Emma is always happy to pose for me! And she poses like that on her own.
After the Temple visit we went to Sonic for lunch and took it to this great park in south provo. Cam and Aiden found a bug that's sitting on the side of that bench.
Cam gave the bug some of his chicken. I thought that was so cute!
Then they got to play for a bit before we had to go home for naps.
I think it was a pretty fun morning for everyone.
