Jean shopping is one of my least favorite things to do. It makes me feel so self conscious about my body! When nothing seems to fit right it makes me start feeling like my proportions are off or something. I know that's probably not true, and I actually do like my shape for the most part, but still. It's FRUSTRATING.
So tonight my mission was to find a pair of jeans that actually fit me. My current pair has a hole in each knee, and I didn't buy them that way! So 2 hours, and 6 stores later I found some! The winner was American Eagle. They're not absolutely perfect but they're pretty dang close. The big problem for me is that apparently I have a big booty and a small waist, because I always get this gap in the back. They'll fit great on my legs but be too big in the waist. The ones I bought have only a tiny gap which is easily fixed with a belt. Plus they look and feel good, which is really important.
I'm so glad I finally found something. I just wish I could afford custom made jeans. Wouldn't that be the life!?
