Some how we caught a stomach bug at our house. It started with Emma last week but I didn't think much of it because she only complained of stomach pain but never threw up. I just thought it was something she ate. Then the last 3 nights Owen's been throwing up; but only at night. At first I thought it was just food related too, but then last night Aiden was up all night throwing up too. Now I realize it's more than just something they ate. So Kart and I are doing our best not to get what ever bug they have. I've been trying to make green smoothies, keeping away from sugar- for the most part (no desserts and limiting foods that have sugar added), taking vitamins, and eating healthier in general. You know, all the things we should be doing anyway! I had eggs for breakfast and a salad for lunch, and for a treat I made blended frozen bananas with a splash of almond coconut milk and crunchy peanut butter to make "icecream". It was so good! I have been congested from allergies (only at night) and last night nothing I tried helped. So I'm trying to up my water intake as well. Fingers crossed we'll all feel better soon and I'll do my best to keep up the healthy eating/living to try and prevent future illnesses as much as possible.
PS- Sorry Grandma and Grandpa Barnett for bringing that bug to your house. I hope you feel better soon too!!
