Happy birthday Aiden!
I let him pick out the fabric for his number shirt this year, and big surprise, he picked skeleton fabric! I made him waffles with strawberries and whipped cream for breakfast on the birthday plate I made at Color Me Mine this year.
I think it's safe to say he loved them!
Aiden asked for a chocolate cake with peppermint frosting, so thats what I made him. I used red colored melting chocolate to write the message on his cake. I wrote it on waxed paper, refrigerated it until it was hard and then peeled it off and stuck it on the cake. I like how it turned out!
This year the kids aren't having a friend party, so they get a special date with mom and dad. Aiden asked to go bowling and eat Chinese food. So we dropped off the other kids at Kart's parents house and went bowling at Fat Cats and ate next door at Panda Express. After that we met back up at Kart's mom and dad's house for cake and presents. It was a fun night, and I think he was really happy. Happy birthday my sweet boy!
