(my beautiful friend Megan)
I have a lot of friends that are pregnant and due this summer, and all within june and july. I tell you what, it's making me very baby hungry! Well my friend Megan is having her first boy (she has a daughter) so I offered to throw her a shower, with the help of my friend Alyse. It was the first baby shower I've ever thrown and I think it's safe to say it was a success. Whew!
Alyse brought everything we needed to decorate onesies with fabric appliqués, and we had a lot of fun making them and talking. We ironed the appliqués on and then hand stitched them around the edges.
For the food we kept it simple and delicious with an ice cream sundaes bar.
We enjoyed our ice cream while Megan opened her gifts.
I think everyone had a good time. I know I did!

PS- Because I'm posting this so late, she's already had her beautiful baby boy. He is SO cute and has an awesome head of thick dark hair! I was so excited to get to hold him. :)
